Wir verarbeiten Kontaktname und E-Mail, die Beziehung zur abgebildeten Person, Fundstelle, Schilderung und gewünschte Maßnahme, die Bestätigung nach bestem Wissen sowie Bearbeitungs-, Sicherheits-, Verbindungs-, Ratenbegrenzungs- und Missbrauchsschutzdaten. Zwecke sind Berechtigungsprüfung, Inhaltszuordnung, Bewertung und Umsetzung der Anfrage, Antwort, Missbrauchsschutz und Bearbeitungsnachweis. Rechtsgrundlagen sind Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c DSGVO i. V. m. Art. 12–17 DSGVO und, soweit erforderlich, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
We process contact name and email, relationship to the depicted person, content location, description and requested action, good-faith confirmation, and handling, security, connection, rate-limit, and abuse-prevention data. The purposes are authority verification, content identification, assessment and implementation of the request, response, abuse prevention, and evidence of handling. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with Arts. 12–17 GDPR and, where necessary, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Intake, Fallakte, Ereignisse sowie Eingangs- und Entscheidungsbelege speichern wir höchstens zwölf Kalendermonate ab Eingang. Beweise speichern wir bei Abschluss sechs Kalendermonate ab Entscheidung, stets gedeckelt auf zwölf Kalendermonate ab Eingang; bei offenen Anfragen nur bis zu diesem Backstop. Länger speichern wir nur bei einem konkret dokumentierten Legal Hold. Eine Freitext-Fundstelle ist nur ein Prüfhinweis und nie ein unmittelbarer Löschpfad; vor einer Maßnahme prüfen wir die kanonische interne Inhaltsreferenz, Berechtigung und Umfang.
We retain intake data, case records, events, and receipt and decision records for no more than twelve calendar months from receipt. For completed requests, evidence is retained for six calendar months from the decision, always capped at twelve calendar months from receipt; for open requests, only until that backstop. We retain data longer only for a specifically documented legal hold. A free-text content location is only a review pointer and never a direct deletion path; before acting, we verify the canonical internal content reference, authority, and scope.
Bis zur bestätigten Übermittlung speichert dein Browser lokal nur eine zufällige Anfrage-ID, einen SHA-256-Fingerabdruck und Ablaufzeiten, keinen Klartext-Payload. Die Anfrage-ID ist längstens 24 Stunden für Wiederholungen gültig. Ein abgelaufener Eintrag wird bei aktiver Seite automatisch, sonst beim nächsten Öffnen oder Fortsetzen der Seite entfernt. Ein geschlossener oder pausierter Browser kann die Löschung verzögern. / Until submission is confirmed, your browser stores locally only a random request ID, a SHA-256 fingerprint, and expiry times, not the clear-text payload. The request ID is usable for retries for no more than 24 hours. Expired records are removed automatically while the page is active, or when the page is next opened or resumed. A closed or suspended browser can delay deletion.
